There are many Reports revealing about the Extremely High Rates of Private Hospital Beds Reserved for the Covid-19 Patients. The New Law aims to have a Checks and Control over Private Hospitals in the time of Pandemic and also having provisions to Curb Black Marketing of Medicines.

Suggestions from Panel:

1.Regulatory oversight on all Hospital in the Country to Prevent refusal to accept Insurance Claims.

2.Treatment of Covid-19 should be Cashless for all people who have Insurance Coverage.

3.There must be a separate wing in National Disaster Management Authority(NDMA) which will handle Covid-19 like Pandemic in Future.

4. Practically Implementable Mechanisms which will ensure Loans to Farmers, Micro/Small Enterprises.

To enhance the look
Author's Suggestion to the readers:

-Follow Social Distancing Norms Properly.

-Avoid moving outside unnecessarily until concrete Info about the New Strain of the virus.

-Do not Believe on Phone calls which will promise you to deliver Corona vaccine Early.

-Last but not the Least Try to make enough Inventory of Food Stuffs so that you can feed your Family if the Govt will re-impose the Lock down.

Way Ahead:

-First and foremost Govt should initiate a Practical and Implementable Solution for the Farmers Protest at Delhi Border. Since there may be a chances of Biological War sponsored by Pakistan or China which will further lead to Bio-Terrorism.

-Halting of Political Rallies or Mass Gathering and switch again into Digital mode of Campaigning and try to Prepare the strategies with upgraded Techniques to initiate the Limits on People Gathering, Because if the New Strain will somehow catch the Crowd then it may be impossible for the Govt to make Adequate arrangements instantaneously.

-There is Need of Prioritization of Policies such as PM-WANI(Prime Minister-Wi-Fi Access Network Interface) which has the capacity to Expand the Digital Reach in the form of providing Internet Access at remote locations in the Country.

-Govt should prepare for the Second Economic Package under Atmanirbhar Bharat Programme and this time apart from focussing to Farmers, Migrants, Poors it should also oriented towards the Middle Class Business men.
