Politics in India: SP & BSP comments- BJP's growing base-correlation between Indian Emergency and Political crisis in US-Trump Impeachment

A Country with Vast Natural Resources may not be a Rich Country until and unless there is a stable Government with Right Policies

In a Democracy like ours in which 'We' the people elect our Representatives to Rule the Country with a Political agenda i.e; Developmental agenda, but many in India believe that Politics is so deeply implanted that in almost everywhere it plays its role and yields results which may vary from positive to negative. In this Article you will going to have a brief idea about the recent political happenings such as Superstar Rajnikant's decision to not float a new Political Party, comments issued by leaders of Political Parties like SP and BSP to come back into power, ever increasing Political base of BJP, a correlation between Indian Emergency and Power transition crisis in US.

Power hungry leaders like President of Samajwadi Party(SP) issued formal statement that he will not going to take the shot of COVID-19 Vaccine, but if he will come back to power, SP Govt will provide  free vaccine. Is it not like accusing whole system of developing the vaccine. He might not aware the fact that these statements leads to Domino-effect on others specially on largely illiterate population. People may raise their voice against the Vaccine which may further results in complete failure of Vaccination process. If the whole system of Vaccination will go successful, sooner or later India may get rid of this frustrating and devastating pandemic. On the other hand, Bahujan Samajwadi Party(BSP), Supremo Mayawati vowed free COVID-19 Vaccine, if BSP will come into the power. She also announced that she will not like to make any alliance in coming election of Legislative assemblies of Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand.

Evergrowing Base of BJP:

As we all know that BJP in 2021 transformed into a Rainbow-like Social coalition which is representing India's diversity in terms of classes and castes, religions and languages and various interests. The proof is many former or even serving bureaucrats have joined the party. Some of the famous example include recent joining of former Gujarat cadre IAS officer Arvind Kumar Sharma, who is named as a candidate for Legislative Council election, may be, he will going to play a important role in UP Govt. Few months ago a serving IAS officer in Tamil Nadu(TN) resigned and later joined the Party and owed to increase the BJP's reach in South India, specially in TN. On the other hand, superstar Rajnikant's decision to not float a New Political Party may help BJP to further strengthen the Political Base in the State, leaders in BJP are hopping even if not through a formal Political Party, the actor would throw his influence behind the NDA in the State. Correlation Between Indian Emergency and Political crisis of US:

Whatever situation is in the US at the moment, it seems like the same situation was in India in 1975, During Ms. Indira Gandhi reign. Lots of depressing factors such as Recession, growing Unemployment, rampant Inflation etc were created a serious Economic crisis. In addition to this, India's support in favor of liberation of Bangladesh had given a major jolt on India's Foreign exchange reserves, Monsoon failure in two consecutive year i.e; in 1972 and 1973 hugely affected India's food grain availability. In other side of the picture, Power tussle between Executive and Judiciary further fueled the situation as Indira Gandhi Govt tried to abridge the Fundamental rights while giving effect to Directive Principle of State Policy(DPSPs) by making amendment in the Constitution. Supreme Court in Kesavananda Bharti case ruled that the Basic Structure of the Constitution can not be amended by bringing Constitutional amendment Act in the Parliament. A Political crisis was generated when Allahabad High Court declared the Lok Sabha seat of Ms. Indira Gandhi as nil and void and cited the reason that she has misused the power to gain the victory. After the verdict, all Political Parties under the leadership of Jayprakash Narayan demanded her resignation on moral grounds, Ms. Indira Gandhi resisted and did not pay the heed of their demand and in return imposed National Emergency on grounds of threat to Internal Disturbance by invoking Article 352 of the Constitution.

If we compare whole thing step by step, there are lots of similarity in US Political crisis under Donald Trump. He is twice impeached in the House of Representative. First Impeachment was done on ground of misuse of Power and undermining Democratic processes, and second time he is impeached on ground of Incapacitation and inciting violence against the Government. 10 Republican Lawmakers even joined Democrats to impeach the Trump. Meanwhile the Pandemic continues to rage and the Country is on the track to reach a toll of 4 Lakh by the time Trump leaves the White House. Unemployment in the Country has risen, President Trump initially defy Senate and refused to pass $900 Billion #COVID relief Bill but later he gave the approval and the most recent one is the attack on Capitol Building by the supporters of Donald Trump.

Now, the Impeachment trial moves to Senate where 2/3rd majority is needed to convict Trump. At least 17 Republicans must join the Democrats to make the Impeachment practically possible, but Senate Republican majority leader Mitch McConnel already said that trial cannot begin until after Senate returns from recess, this means trial will likely to begin after Trump will already leaves the office. On the other hand, experts and scholars have reached on the consensus that 'Late Impeachment' of a President is Constitutional and the process just not even remove the person from office but also Disqualify him/her from taking office in future

New and Innovative Approach for Potential Employment: Detailed explanation-video representation-Advantages-Disadvantages

The Corona Virus led Pandemic devastated the lives and livelihood of millions of people across the World, India too suffered a lot, the impact can be seen on contraction of GDP of -23.9%, level of poverty rose, many employed people lost their jobs and they are unlikely re-employed in near future, inequality rose exponentially. Recent Union Budget tried to ease the worst situation toward normalcy, it has tried to impose tax on provident fund which exceed the limit. Education sector suffered the most, millions of students right from Primary schools to Higher Institutions were closed for almost 11 months in last year. New strains of Virus found in UK, Brazil, South Africa are going to be potential challenge for the Govt and Scientists of the Country. Severe lock downs in previous year made people to lock themselves in their respective homes, simultaneously Govt tried to made almost every thing paperless to avoid physical contacts and upheld the social distancing norms. In this Blog, i'

New Magnetic Moment of Electron

Recently Physicists, calculated the electrons dipole moment which is almost 2.2 times more accurate than the previously measured. Actually they have measured the dipole moment with a precision of 0.13 parts per billion. Here the first question is what exactly the dipole moment is and how it is calculated specially for electrons. We all know, electrons revolves around the positively charged nucleus with a uniform velocity (again uniformity of velocity may be a prediction only). Let me here clear it, why I’m saying this, you know none of the scientist or physicists have ever seen an electron. As per magnetic theory in a current carrying conductor, there will be a magnetic field around a straight current carrying conductor and also in a circular current carrying conductor. I think a common man who knows little about electrons and current, he or she definitely know that rate of flow of electrons is nothing but a current in a conductor. After knowing the definition of current, let m

Real Estate Sector: Registration-Reach-Profit-Provisions of Acts-scope

The Real Estate (Regulation and Development), Act, 2016, allowed many in India to register themselves either as an Agent or Promoter by paying a nominal registration fees to the designated Govt Authority. In this sector, scopes of profit is promising, in my opinion India is still a developing Country, as we all know, during transition from one phase to another, things specially structural aspect changes a lot. Infrastructural development either Govt sponsored or privately owned are moving in a fast pace, this gives every real estate promoter or agent, a real big opportunity to play their respective roles. In this Blog, we will going to have a brief idea about the different problem one can face while setting up business in real estate sector. First of all, many person engage in real estate sector specially in rural India don't think that registration can play any significant role in their business, i think this is a mistake they are doing because if the Govt got to know about such
